Petit Villa Mauresque - 1954 Moroccan Mediterranean revival Hollywood Hills
This 1954 Moroccan-inspired Mediterranean revival was revitalized into a "Global-Chic" sanctuary. We integrated handcrafted zellige tiles from Marrakech and artisan light fixtures to create a tactile, world-traveled atmosphere.

The Transformation: A sophisticated renovation that added a professional 800-bottle wine cellar and a "Wellness-First" outdoor retreat with a stone fireplace.
The Soul: A "Petite" but grand architectural statement that offers unparalleled serenity and accessibility in the Hollywood Hills.

The Heritage Milestone: The soul of Petit Villa Mauresque is revealed through the community it gathers. We were honored to host a historic evening for H.R.H. Prince Moulay Rachid of Morocco, his wife, and fifty of their close friends. In a unique convergence of passions, the Prince, the hosts Mark and Amanda Werts, and our esteemed guest Chef Jeffrey Nimer (founder of Haute Chefs LA) are all dedicated golfers, a shared connection that permeated the evening’s conversation. Against the "Global-Chic" backdrop of the villa, Chef Nimer curated a bespoke menu for our fellow enthusiasts, proving that this Golf House is more than a residence; it is a sanctuary for the discerning cultural and sporting fans.
