Cold plunge: Plumbed with dedicated filtration and temperature control, not a repurposed stock tank. Built for daily use by someone who takes recovery seriously.
Hot tub: Professionally installed with its own electrical subpanel, GFCI protection, and drainage engineering appropriate for the site.

Artisan Tilework: We brought in our artisan tile crew from Southern California, the same craftsmen who have worked on every Golf Houses project. Each hand made tile was selected, dry-laid for pattern and color consistency, and set with precision spacing to ensure clean, lasting grout lines. No factory shortcuts, no bulk installation. This is tilework done by hand, by people who have earned our trust across multiple builds.
Structural Integrity: The home is 3,700 square feet, originally a five-bedroom layout. We made one structural change: removing interior partition walls to convert the smaller rooms into a spacious, intentional four-bedroom floor plan, three of which frame direct golf course views over the Dunes Course. We also added a dedicated sauna space, structurally engineered and fully permitted. On the first floor, we removed every dropped ceiling down to the studs, restoring the rooms to their full original height. New recessed lighting was installed into the true ceiling plane, properly housed, IC-rated, and positioned by our lighting designer for even, shadow-free coverage.
Kitchen: The kitchen was taken down to the framing and rebuilt from scratch. New cabinetry, new countertops, new plumbing, new electrical. Appliances are Sub-Zero refrigeration and commercial-grade cooking, selected not for the badge, but because Sub-Zero's sealed compressor and dual-refrigeration system keeps food at a level of freshness that lesser units cannot match. Every appliance connection - gas, water, electrical - was installed by licensed specialists, not the general crew.
Custom Closets: Every closet in the home was custom-designed and built with push-to-open drawers on soft-close runners. No handles, no visible hardware, clean lines throughout. The drawer mechanisms are European-engineered, rated for tens of thousands of cycles. These are not off-the-shelf organizer inserts. They are built-in millwork, fitted to the exact dimensions of each closet space. Our closet partner provides a lifetime warranty exclusively for Golf Houses properties. If anything wears out, it takes one phone call.
Bathrooms: Every bathroom received new Toto toilets: modern, water-efficient fixtures selected for both performance and clean design. European bath towel warmers were installed on dedicated electrical circuits, hardwired (not plug-in), and positioned for function, not just aesthetics. Plumbing throughout the home was inspected, pressure-tested, and updated where needed to ensure consistent flow and no legacy failure points behind the walls.
