Amanda Shi-Werts | The Architect of Wellness & Comfort

Amanda Shi-Werts is the strategic force behind the "technical soul" of every Golf Houses Co. restoration. Born into a prominent Chinese industrial family and beginning her career in high-stakes financial banking at RBC in Vancouver, Amanda possesses a rare commercial acumen that defines the firm’s operational excellence.

Her background as a young founder, having built and developed companies and earned a seat in YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) in her twenties, gave her an early mastery of global product systems and strategic expansion.

At Golf Houses, Amanda directs the home’s vitality by curating "Invisible Luxury." While Mark defines the aesthetic heritage, Amanda selects tailored infrastructure, such as specialized water filtration and optimized air quality, ensuring beauty is balanced with well-being. Her focus on longevity and comfort transforms historic structures into sophisticated, wellness-focused environments that serve the present and future needs of the body and mind.
